Senior Property Administrator
A leading property consultancy in Central London are seeking a well-rounded Property Administrator to support a dynamic and experienced team of agents.Located in luxurious offices in Central London, this full-time, office-based role offers the chance to work with a professional, friendly team in a fast-paced property consultancy, with Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5pm working hours.Key Responsibilities:Diary management, arrange meetings (in person and virtual), client lunches/dinners, and prepare meeting documentation and travel where requiredManage incoming calls and distribute enquiries to relevant team membersMaintain and update the company database, property files, and stock listsPrepare sales memorandums, letters, reports, expense and commission schedulesCompile monthly management reports and weekly staff productivity reportsEnsure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirementsConduct research using prop tech platforms and carry out Land Registry and company searchesMonitor office supplies, liaise with suppliers, and maintain the office environmentAct as main point of contact for IT support and resolve technical issues promptlySupport company events, including seasonal parties, charity dinners, and award ceremoniesKey Requirements:Prior experience in a support or coordination roleExtremely organised, proactive, and able to multitaskStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in property ..... full job details .....
