Working alongside Engineering Leadership to shape the future architecture of HeliosX brands.Make our long-term architectural vision a reality, guiding teams to implement the vision effectively across multiple domains.Be ‘in the detail’ of large cross-team projects when needed to ensure successful delivery.Whilst this is not primarily a hands-on in-team development role, you should expect to be occasionally contributing small changes to projects.10+ years of software development experience.- Java/JVM-based systems and designing scalable, maintainable architectures.- RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).- Familiarity with AWS and modern infrastructure patterns.25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays)- Private health insurance, along with extra dental and eye care cover- Pension scheme- Enhanced parental leave- Cycle-to-work Scheme- Electric Car Scheme- Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts- Home office allowance- Access to a Headspace subscription, discounted gym memberships, and a learning and development budget
