Level 3 Teaching Assistant - EYFS & KS1

Aspire People are recruiting a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a primary school with pupils in EYFS and KS1. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting classroom learning and delivering targeted interventions.

The Role:
* Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering lessons
* Working with small groups and individuals to enhance learning outcomes
* Assisting with phonics, literacy, and numeracy interventions
* Supporting children''s social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
* Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with EYFS/KS1 children
* Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
* Confident in managing groups and supporting differentiated learning
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
