Our Experience Ranges From Valuing Single Assets To Large Complex Portfolios. The Crown Estate – A quarterly valuation focusing on retail and office assets on Regent Street and St James. 6bn of retail and office properties based in Covent Garden.Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM)– An annual instruction of 120 properties in Mayfair totalling circa £5bn.Valuations for all the major UK and International banks, Debt Funds, Insurers and other Alternative lenders as well as for owners, investors and developers of central London real estate.Close liaison with clients ensuring high quality advice is consistently delivered.Valuation of a wide range of commercial property involving some of the most prestigious properties in Central London.Collaborate with other members of the Hyderabad and London Valuation team on the valuation process and undertake quality control of their work.Select appropriate comparables, performing analysis, and drawing conclusions.To integrate with the wider CBRE network and other business lines such as Capital Markets and Agency teams.Gather and share relevant market intelligence and support junior members of the team with other value-add tasks.Support with training and mentoring junior members of the team to develop management skills.Bachelor''s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.Proficiency in using valuation software and tools, such as Argus Enterprise and Developer and Excel.Proficiency in reporting and data analytical tools to drive operational efficiency and reduce potential data transposition errors.To enable your success, we provide the best tools, training and leaders in the industry.This informs everything we do—from diversity, equity, and inclusion to sustainability initiatives to workplace safety and wellbeing.NYSE:CBRE), a Fortune 500 and SandP 500 company headquartered in Dallas, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (based on 2023 revenue).
