Website and Digital Marketing Manager – Fine Jewellery Brand

Mode Search is supporting a fine jewellery brand in the appointment of a Website and Digital Marketing Manager. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital strategy and execution across website, ecommerce, and marketing campaigns for a globally recognised brand. The position is based in London, with offices located near Bond Street. It is a 5 days in office role and reports into senior leadership, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, PR, and creative teams, as well as close coordination with external agencies and international partners.This role can also offer excellent progression opportunities to a Head of role in the future, making it an exciting next step for an ambitious professional ready to take ownership and grow within the brand.The RoleOversee company websites and ecommerce operations, including international versions, launches, content updates, and fulfilment.Lead SEO strategies and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.Manage CRM usage, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and segmentation for targeted campaigns.Coordinate email marketing activity and ensure consistency of messaging across all digital channels.Manage digital marketing deliverables for wholesale and concession partners.Track, analyse, and report on website and campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.Maintain agency relationships, digital tools, and asset management systems.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in website management, digital marketing, and ecommerce, ideally within luxury, retail, or fashion.Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM, and analytics.Experience managing external agencies while maintaining internal ownership and oversight.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A luxury sensibility, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Interested?
