Sales ManagerLocation: Lancashire with regional travel Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 + company car + bonus + hybrid -c2-3 day onsite per weekAbout the Role We''re recruiting a Sales Manager for a fast-growing food business supplying customers across foodservice and wholesale sectors including hospitality, contract catering, and education.You''ll take responsibility for managing an established portfolio of customers while developing new business opportunities across the region. It''s a hands-on commercial role that combines relationship management, business development, and strategy - ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and making a tangible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across multiple sectors.Build strong, long-term relationships that drive loyalty and sales growth.Identify and secure new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.Monitor weekly sales performance, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to deliver excellent service.Attend trade shows, customer events, and occasional supplier trips abroad.What You''ll BringProven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager, ideally within food or FMCG.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Excellent communication, ..... full job details .....
