Customer Service Administrator

Your new company This organisation is looking to expand their customer service team and recruit a customer service administrator. They are a growing and successful business with a lot of opportunity to develop your skill set too. Your new role You will be working in their customer service team where you will be contacting and supporting their customers with queries, processing large orders, managing orders coming in via an inbox, organising deliveries for orders, dealing with any issues or problems with a customer order, handling back orders and updating customers if products are out of stock. You will also be responsible for providing quotes to customers, handling incoming calls and a busy inbox and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.What you''ll need to succeed Your previous experience working in a customer service role where you process orders, will help you succeed. This company operates business-to-business, so you will also have B2B experience. You are comfortable working in a small team and office where you can work well in a team and independently. You can easily pick up new processes and systems and ideally have used SAGE previously. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your customer service skills. You are able to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment and are organised.
