People and Talent Administrator (part-time)
Working pattern: 21 hours per week, Wednesday-FridayPay: 13.45ph Temp About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to provide temporary resourcing and onboarding support within the People and Talent team while we implement a new ATS. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment CoordinationAdvertise vacancies across relevant platformsManage candidate applications and coordinate shortlistingArrange interviews and liaise with hiring managersSupport communication with candidates throughout the processOnboarding AdministrationPrepare offer letters and new starter paperworkComplete all pre-employment and onboarding compliance checksMaintain accurate records and ensure data integrityGeneral People and Talent Administration Provide wider PandT admin support as requiredAssist with documentation, filing, and internal queriesWhat We''re Looking ForStrong experience in recruitment coordination and/or onboardingExcellent organisational skills with attention to detailConfident communicator able to liaise with candidates and hiring managersAbility to manage workload independently while contributing to a busy teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environment during a period of system transition''We use generative AI tools to support our candidate screening process.
