We will invest heavily in you and your career to ensure that together, we continue to achieve great things.Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:Meeting and registering new applicantsOrganising and carrying out viewingsMaintain regular contact with Clients and applicants, note all correspondence and communicationsAchieve all daily and weekly targetsArrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the Client''s instructionsNegotiate where instructed any offers receivedHave an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitorsWork closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise themSkills/Experience Required to be a successful Sales Consultant:Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFull and clean driving licencePrevious experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, with an estate agent or in the property sector is an advantage but not essentialWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeContinued opportunities for career progressionAward winning trainingFantastic company cultureIn the 150 years since we first opened our doors for business as estate agents, we have learnt many things, the most important of which is that the secret to success comes down to one thing - great people.Seniority level
