We''re looking for a highly capable ERP and MRP Systems Lead to join our client''s team and take responsibility for the entire operation and development of an integrated ERP system - the digital backbone of our business. This is not just a data-entry role - it''s a hands-on, high-impact position where you will manage, optimise, and drive the performance of the system that controls materials, planning, manning, pricing, finance, routing, job cards, and more. What You''ll Be Doing: Own, run, and continuously improve the ERP/MRP system across the entire business.Ensure accuracy and integrity of all system data, including materials, BOMs, routings, pricing, costing, manning and job cards.Support planning, production, finance, and procurement through reliable system outputs.Identify and correct data issues and streamline processes for better efficiency and traceability.Collaborate with department heads to align system workflows with operational needs.Lead system development initiatives, upgrades, or process changes.Deliver training and guidance to internal users and act as system champion across the business.
