Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel (£550-£650 per day)Location: Birmingham / MidlandsContract Type: 6-month contract What you''ll be doing: Advising on a broad range of complex and sensitive commercial, corporate, and operational matters. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-value contracts and agreements. Supporting confidential strategic projects and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors. Providing guidance on regulatory, compliance, and governance matters. Working closely with senior stakeholders, giving practical and commercially focused advice. Managing high-risk and confidential matters from start to finish. Supporting junior lawyers and legal colleagues where needed. Helping establish internal processes, templates, and best practice as part of the Midlands relocation. What we''re looking for: A qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or equivalent, with at least 6 years'' PQE in an in-house environment.
