Warehouse Operative – Shirley, Solihull

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Day shift and evening shifts available

We’re looking for dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy team in Solihull. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a growing business that offers a supportive working environment and modern facilities.

Key Duties:

• Accurately scan, pick, and pack customer orders
• Locate and replenish stock within the warehouse
• Order pick according to client specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Work to hourly performance targets — each operative is expected to meet or exceed set picking and accuracy goals

• Must be based in Solihull or nearby areas
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is requuired
• Punctual, reliable, and target-driven
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible and willing to work different shift patterns
