DB Recruitment is recruitng for an Assciate Director Level Building Surveyor to work throughout the UK but to be based within 1 hour of Doncaster.-

Title: Assosiate Director level

Salary: -65,000 plus bonus

Qualified MRICS building surveyor

Used to working on their own, some working from home.

Capable of bringing work with them/clients with them and undertaking some business development.

Type of work will be predominantly schedules of condition and schedules of dilapidations on our large managed portfolio plus work on residential blocks of flats we also manage.

Working throughout the UK

Ideally based within an hour and f our Doncaster head office

Must come from a private practice background not from a Local Authority
