Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Utilise measuring equipment and tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities identified during inspections.
• Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions to improve processes.
• Support audits and contribute to maintaining quality management systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Provide feedback on quality improvements to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Quality Inspector should have:

• A strong background in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with measurement tools and equipment, such as callipers and micrometres.
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
