The role will be based across Birmingham, Leicestershire and Warwickshire with the opportunity to travel to projects further afield, and the position will involve managing contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards whilst meeting client expectations.You will be working on small, medium and large scale construction projects, including retrofits, and will be responsible for managing works such as penetration sealing, fire protection to structural steelwork, acoustic barriers, air sealing, cavity barriers installation, and fire door installation and maintenance.
