Technical Coordinator

Location: Essex / Hertfordshire

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package

Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading residential developer/contractor who are looking for a Technical coordinator to work on a 150+ unit traditional build housing development consisting of single dwelling and flats. The Technical coordinator will lead the coordination and design management on site alongside a more senior manager. 

Deliverables:

• Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget
• Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design
• Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant’s detail design drawings and subcontractor designs
• Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard
• Ensuring that designs comply with Company’s standards
• Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints
