Salary: -170260 per day (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

Teach Maths and Science to secondary pupils in a supportive specialist education setting.

Independent specialist school for students aged 5-21 with social, emotional and mental health needs and moderate learning difficulties. The school provides tailored academic pathways with integrated therapeutic support.

About the role:
Deliver high-quality Maths and Science lessons across KS3 to KS5. Foster engagement, encourage critical thinking, and support students in achieving academic progress and confidence in STEM subjects.

We''re looking for a dedicated candidate to:

• Plan and teach engaging Maths and Science lessons
• Support differentiated learning and individual progress
• Promote positive behaviour and classroom management
• Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams
• Participate in enrichment and intervention activities

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
• Experience teaching Maths and/or Science
• Understanding of SEMH and SEND environments
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Passion for inclusive and therapeutic education
