You will be experienced in giving a first class IT service to resolve client issues.Position OverviewFirst port of call for all your School’s ICT needs – resolving daily support requestsWorking with school development team to ensure that the schools are getting the best level of serviceManageable responsibility for an IT apprentice to ensure they are receiving sufficient training and supportManaging and Controlling all technical aspects of the installation, configuration, and maintenanceManage advanced diagnosis procedures on Hardware, software and peripheralsEnsure all help desk tickets are logged, tracked and resolvedMonitor and manage all infrastructure systems / Manage key services including Active Directory, DNS and Group PolicyFiltering, monitoring firewall and anti-virus systemsPosition RequirementsStrong Experiencw with IT and Technical issuesA Level in ICTFlexible and adaptableBe prepared to work with students and to train small groups of school staffHyper-v and VMWare Certification – DesirablePosition RemunerationMonday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm25 days holiday including bank holidaysPension SchemeOther benefits discussed at interview stage
