Base pay range
Overview1st / 2nd Line Support Technician – London. A 1st and 2nd Line Support Technician is required by an Insurance business in London to support their users in a fully cloud-based environment.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week in their London office.

Laptop builds
Creating users
Onboarding/offboarding
General IT support – 1st line and 2nd line
Communicate with users at all levels, understand their problems, empathise and fix them
Technology includes
O365
Active Directory
Intune
SQL
Qualifications / What you’ll need
Customer service-driven mindset with a good attitude
Ability to communicate with users at all levels
Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support
Technically proficient in a cloud-based environment
