Salary: £29,344- £44,919 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and foster a love of mathematics while ensuring excellent outcomes across KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
• Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement.
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and provide targeted interventions where necessary.
• Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and curriculum development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support learning.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Experience teaching KS3–KS4 Maths (KS5 desirable).
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• A commitment to inclusive education and high standards.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
