Experience in Intensive care unit area is essential Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care Patient Monitoring: Constantly observe vital signs, neurological status, and organ function to detect changes quickly Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, dialysis machines, and other critical devices safely Deliver complex drug regimens such as sedatives, vasopressors, and antibiotics with precision Act rapidly in life-threatening situations like cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or sepsis Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections Qualifications and Requirements Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration. Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting (NHS experience desirable). Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
