We are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician / Assistant Architectural Technician join our fantastic East Midlands Technical team.- The role will see you working under the supervision of the Technical Manager, providing architectural design services and solutions on individual projects, presenting proposals and working drawings using AutoCAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authorities
• Providing appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process.
• Providing CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on site
• Provide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usage.-

REQUIREMENTS:

• To have experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within housebuilding
• To have a CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND.
• To be AutoCAD literate and have an understanding of the construction process
• To understand technical detailing at all levels of housing design
