Community Housing Officer

Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are looking to recruit a Community Housing Officer to join our team based in Ipswich, Suffolk. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis.You will earn a competitive salary of £36,124 - £42,078 per annum (pro rata for part time). Full time, part time and job share opportunities will be considered. What we are looking for We are looking for two Community Housing Officers to join our team in Housing Management. About the role Join our Housing Management Service as a Community Housing Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of tenancies and communal spaces. We are committed to providing safe, secure, and supportive living environments for all council tenants and leaseholders. The Housing Service has just been transformed and you will have a number of properties you will be fully responsible for, taking pride and ownership for the quality of the neighbourhoods and tenant satisfaction.
