Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately processing a high volume of sales invoices Allocating incoming payments from customers Investigating any discrepancies or payment issues Managing a wide portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact via phone and email to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding debts Performing core credit control duties, ensuring all receivables are well-maintained and up to date Working closely with internal operations teams to resolve account queries Supporting through month-end tasks Handling a variety of finance-related tasks as needed to support the wider finance team. ..... full job details .....
