Responsibilities Your main duties will include: Our ideal candidate would be willing and able to ensure all products are boned out to the highest standard which maximises yield whilst meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards. This will include breaking carcasses down from whole to primals, and de-boning and trimming shoulders, legs and loins.
