HR Advisor

Description
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Advise on performance management processes and support training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Promote a positive workplace through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven knowledge in a Human Resources role, ideally within industrial/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Can commute to Hinckley
