Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for Production / Clean Room Operators to join a well-established and growing automotive manufacturer based in Abergavenny.We are looking for an individuals with a background in manufacturing, ideally with previous machine operating experience, who are comfortable working in a clean room or high-precision production environment.Salary: 12.86 per hourShift Pattern:Days: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00am - 6:00pm and Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pmNights: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm - 6:00amRotating weekly between days and nightsKey Responsibilities:Feeding raw materials into machineryOperating machinery and adjusting settings to maintain quality outputAssembling components on a production lineLabelling and packaging finished productsConducting quality checks using basic measuring toolsMaintaining clean and safe working conditionsFollowing all health and safety procedures and site protocolsSupporting general housekeeping duties in the production areaRequirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentComfortable with physical work and manual handling tasksMechanically minded and capable of learning new equipment quicklyAble to work independently and remain productive under pressureReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousExperience operating machinery or working in a cleanroom is desirableWhat We Offer:Immediate start available (following a successful induction)Full training provided on-siteWeekly payApply NowIf you are ..... full job details .....
