This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children s Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to progress into a registered role, within a supportive and child-centred service. The Role: As Children s Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will lead a dedicated staff team to deliver positive outcomes for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
