Job title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Radway Green Salary: £47,418 inclusive of 25% shift allowance (Basic £37,935) What you''ll be doing: Ensuring processes are maintained and operated in a safe manner and escalate issues affecting safety within the given production area Ensuring that work undertaken adheres to relevant quality standards and provides support in the implementation of quality improvement projects Operating of manufacturing processes and facilities to meet production programme requirements Supporting implementation of continuous improvement activities Identifying, raising and implementing solutions to safety, quality and production problems Your skills and experiences: Essential: A time served mechanical engineering apprenticeship in a manufacturing environment (minimum NVQ Level 3) Experience of working within a production environment whilst conducting preventative maintenance activities Experience in the setting and operating of manufacturing plant and equipment Experienced in fault finding with root cause, corrective and preventative activities Desirable Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Experience with Pneumatic and automated systems Benefits You''ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
