They are seeking a Technical Director who can act as team leader whilst building on existing relationships and repeat business. You will devel an in-depth understanding of clients'' needs to provide a tailored service which will add real value to their engineering solutions. The firm prefers their Directors to be practising engineers so they can take on full responsibility for projects within their remit. This personal involvement extends to the team resourcing and training as well as responding to client needs and project delivery. Can you provide the leadership and strategic direction they need, driving business and market penetration in the region?
