This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality early education and ensuring children aged 0-5 receive the best possible start in life.The RoleAs an Early Years Teacher within a Children''s Centre setting, you will lead on curriculum development, support staff practice, and work closely with parents to promote positive outcomes for young children. You will help create a stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.You will work collaboratively with practitioners and families to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are embedded across the service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.Plan and oversee engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that support children''s development.Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, modelling best practice to the wider team.Support staff development through guidance, mentoring, and contributing to in-service training.Differentiate learning to ensure inclusion for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Promote equality, ..... full job details .....
