We are currently looking-to recruit a Multi Trade operative-to join our clients team in the South Midlands region.The role will see you carry out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled. To have a sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring and bricklaying, general plaster patching, painting and decorating
• To offer courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times
• Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to assist you achieve your daily goals
