Production Operative - ManufacturingNewton Abbot, Devon Day or Night Shifts 12.21 - 18.66 per hour Temp to PermAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing team at a metal fabrication facility in Newton Abbot.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturer offering full training, excellent facilities, and potential for long-term employment.Shift Patterns and Pay:Day Shift:Monday to Thursday: 6am - 4pm. 12.21 per hour.Overtime paid at 18.31 per hour.Night Shift:Monday to Wednesday: 6pm - 6am. 13.21 per hour.Overtime paid at 18.66 per hour.Both roles are temporary to permanent, with immediate starts available.Main Responsibilities:Operating CNC machines to produce metal components to specification.Basic welding and fabrication of metal parts.Quality checking of finished products.Assisting with loading and unloading materials.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.Following health and safety procedures at all times.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in manufacturing or production is desirable.Familiarity with CNC machines or welding techniques is beneficial.Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.Manual handling experience advantageous.What''s on Offer:Competitive hourly rates plus enhanced overtime.Free on-site parking.20 days holiday plus bank holidays.Full training provided - no ..... full job details .....
