6 Month ContractWe''re partnering with a well-established engineering business to find an experienced Management Accountant for a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on finance role supporting day-to-day accounting, reporting, and business partnering in a busy manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and produce Board reports with detailed variance analysisManage accruals, prepayments, journals, and contract revenue accountingMaintain sales and purchase ledgers, including invoicing and supplier paymentsProduce weekly cash flow forecasts and assist with budgeting and forecastingExtract data from ERP systems to support contract reviews and margin analysisPrepare quarterly VAT submissions and support year-end audit and statutory reportingOversee payroll administration in liaison with HRWhat you''ll need:Qualified ACCA/CIMA, part qualified or QBE will be consideredExperience in a similar hands-on and varied role, ideally within manufacturing or engineeringComfortable working with ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail ..... full job details .....
