and support the venue with FandB and hospitality knowledge together with commercial and financial acumen.

About You:Minimum 1 year of proven track record in similar role (essential),Personal License Holder (desirable),Professional approach with great attention to detail blended with a warm and engaging personality to connect with our guests and team,Have a sound operating knowledge of POS software as well as other business systems (i.e., Fourth Hospitality),Advanced knowledge of Food Hygiene and Healthand Safety procedures together with licensing laws and regulations,Strong multitasker with aptitude to analyze stock results as well as PandL,Front line operator, who thrives in busy environment,
