This is a vital role in helping survivors rebuild their lives in a safe and empowering environment. Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and practical support to women and children living in the refuge.- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety and support plans tailored to individual needs.- Advocate on behalf of residents with external agencies including housing, legal, health, and social services.- Facilitate group sessions and activities that promote recovery, confidence, and independence.- Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation processes.- Ensure the refuge is a welcoming, safe, and supportive space for all residents.
