What you’ll be doing:Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.Occasionally, you will operate a full store shift independently, being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store.Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and serve customers effectively.Managing people, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium added to the base salary.
