You will be responsible for the effective management of the admin and scheduling team, ensuring that contract service delivery is to a high standard and meets the client\''s needs, and you will be responsible for the delivery of the maintenance business.Provide scheduling of planned and reactive support to both self-delivery and sub-contractor to meet the contractual requirementsManage a team of 5 support staff membersManage the Helpdesk function and Out of Office support serviceScheduling - PPMS, Raising Orders and InvoicesSupport with business administration providing admin support to the contract management team, maintaining/auditing contract management files to ensure alignment with business operation proceduresMaintaining sickness and annual leave records to enable visibility of resource gapsCompletion, management and administration of all financial records including invoices, credits, final accounts, WIP and debtCollation and preparation of final accountsSupport the business policies and proceduresSeniority level
