Marketing and Events Coordinator
POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join a growing business based in Wakefield. This is a hands-on opportunity for Marketer with experience across campaigns, events and content coordination within a commercial environment.The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a key role in delivering marketing activity, supporting customer-facing events and ensuring consistent communication across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:Content and Social Media CoordinationAct as a central point of contact for internal teams to gather updates, images and content ideasReview and refine content to ensure consistent messaging and brandingMaintain a content calendar and support scheduling of approved postsAssist with photography and content capture at events and demonstrationsMarketing and Campaign SupportCoordinate marketing materials including flyers, adverts and promotional assetsLiaise with external design agencies and print suppliersMonitor stock levels of brochures, merchandise and display materialsSupport email marketing activity and segmented mailing listsEvents CoordinationAssist with the organisation of exhibitions, training sessions, product demonstrations and webinarsSupport venue bookings, catering, invitations, registrations and attendee listsPrepare presentation materials, signage and delegate packsAssist with virtual event platforms and online registrationsAdministration and ReportingSupport website updates, news articles and event ..... full job details .....
