They provide safe, high-quality homes and services to thousands of customers across London and the Southeast.Job DescriptionShape and deliver a forward-thinking People Strategy that aligns with corporate strategy, champions a people-first culture, and drives organisational performance and capability.Lead cultural transformation and inclusion, enhancing employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing while fostering a high-performance, psychologically safe environment.Inspire and collaborate at the highest levels, providing strategic leadership across the People function and advising the Executive and Board on complex people matters.The Successful ApplicantSenior-Level People Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing, customer-focused People functions, with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop future leaders.
