They''re looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who has proven residentail (high rise apartment, hotel experience).-

This role would suit a PM who is looking to take the next step upto Senior PM / Contracts Manager role, being invovled with pre-con throught to completion.-

Requirements:-

• Strong background working on residential / apartment projects-
• Leading site labour and sub contractors-
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Commercially aware-
