National PresenceThe Manchester department is part of a national team that also has a presence across the country and act for individuals, families and trusts on legal matters such as wealth management, wills, trusts and probate, along with providing tax advice.

The ideal candidateThe team is seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with experience and understanding of Private Client work and a passion for this area of Law. You will also possess strong experience of dealing with a broad range of tax issues.

Key responsibilities

Advising owners of family businesses regarding Inheritance Tax and succession planning

Asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation.

Advising trustees and beneficiaries on their income and capital tax liabilities and duties.

Providing other general assistance and tax advice where required.
