Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Solderer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the factory''s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.Role:Undertake product soldering in accordance with defined build instructions and IPC-A-610 andJ-Std standards.Dependant on experience, carry out board modifications to customer requirementsEnsure all processes are stringently adhered to, any gaps or process improvements should behighlighted to your immediate supervision. They will ensure that effective remedial actionsare taken in a timely manner including updating supporting documentation in QMSCompliance with the company Quality Standard and proceduresExperience/Qualifications:Minimal requirement - Trained to IPC-A-610 and J-Std class 3 standards with demonstrableskillsModification knowledge/capabilities preferred but not mandatoryExperience in product soldering to the relevant IPC standard ensuring quality workmanshipat all times using mostly conventional (through hole) components although there will beoccasional work with surface mount components.Attention to detailAble to follow customer drawingsIdeal knowledge of colour codes for leaded resistorsA current IPC ..... full job details .....
