Compass Community School Mountfields Park is a specialist independent day school in Loughborough for children aged 7 17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils also have additional SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and adaptable Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a difference in children s lives. At Compass Community, we use a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach where Integrity, Courage, and Care shape everything we do. The Role No two days are the same. Our Teaching Assistants support children with complex needs and challenging behaviours, helping them feel safe, engaged, and successful in school.
