Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre, who are looking for an account manager to join their amazing pre litigation team.

The role

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Main point of contact for all client communication
• Manage client relationships to ensure high level of service and client satisfaction
• Setting up new clients and ensure terms are sent and accepted accordingly
• Answer incoming calls
• Oversee management of debt recovery files from inception to completion

The Account Manager will have:

• Law firm experience is advantageous
• Ability to deal with disputes amicably on behalf of all parties involved
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accurate data recording and attention to detail
• Pro active approach
