If this sounds like you, we d love to hear your story.Contract: 30 hours a week September 2025 startSalary: £82.20 - £90 per day Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions guided by EHCPs and individual learning plansSupport children with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and social communicationWork closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and families to ensure each child receives the scaffolding they need to thrivePromote inclusive practice within the classroom, celebrating every success, big or smallFoster independence, confidence, and a love of learning through calm, consistent support Qualifications and Skills: Have experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs etc.)Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning)Bring patience, empathy, and a team-focused approachUnderstand the importance of regulation strategies, visual aids, and clear communicationAre committed to safeguarding and upholding the highest standards in child welfare Benefits: Access to specialist CPD and training tailored to SEN supportA dedicated consultant who values your skills and aspirationsOpportunities for career progression in ..... full job details .....
