As part of a growing and forward-thinking business, you will play a key role in leading projects through their design phases, ensuring cost-effective and technically compliant solutions are delivered while meeting all stakeholder expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of projects, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality delivery in line with the project delivery process.Key Responsibilities:• Report directly to the Regional Discipline Lead, leading the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.• Ensure design solutions are cost-effective, technically compliant, and align with all stakeholder requirements, programme expectations, and engineering design procedures.• Commit to excellence in Health and Safety (HandS) design, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and legislation.• Identify, manage, and communicate HandS hazards, mitigating risks to stakeholders effectively.• Lead the design team, ensuring a focused approach to meet customer requirements and project objectives.• Oversee design expenditure, drive efficiency, and manage costs to meet allocated resource hours and key dates.• Organise and document all design elements in the Design Management Plan and prepare regular project status reports.• Attend and contribute to relevant technical, programme, and ..... full job details .....
