We’re hiring for an Auto Electrician to join a specialist engineering business based in Little Hulton, working on custom-built vehicles for technical applications.

• Mon – Fri |7am - 3:30pm OR 8am – 4:30pm

What will you be doing as an Auto Electrician?

• Installing wiring systems and electrical components into specialist vehicles
• Working with equipment such as inverters, lighting, solar panels, and heating systems
• Building and installing wiring looms and split charge systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on vehicles
• Reading and working from electrical drawings and schematics
• Supporting full vehicle builds alongside mechanical and joinery teams
• Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards

What will you need?

• Previous experience as an Auto Electrician or similar
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
• Confident using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and meters
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
