Head of Marketing and Business DevelopmentContract type: PermanentBlue Legal has partnered with a global law firm to recruit a Head of Marketing and Business Development (MandBD), based in London. The role involves overseeing and driving the firm’s strategic business development initiatives across six key sectors and managing the MandBD team to ensure alignment with the firm’s objectives.Manage the In-Group MandBD team, setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and supporting all sectors with high-quality, consistent support.Collaborate with sector leaders to develop and implement business development plans aligned with the firm’s overall strategy.Lead the drafting and management of proposals, bids, panels, and marketing materials for client opportunities.Guide budget management for the Groups, ensuring alignment with business development priorities.Report regularly on business development activities to senior management and sector teams.Oversee branding and PR campaigns to position the firm and its sectors as thought leaders.10-15 years of experience in marketing and BD, preferably within professional services.- Strong commercial focus with excellent project management and organizational skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
