This global HR team offers the opportunity to develop your skills within HR and understand the employee lifecycle.Salary to £33,000Fantastic employee benefits and wellness packagesHybrid working - 2 days in the office / 3 days remoteLiverpool Street locationHR Administrator Key Responsibilities:Administer the new joiner process and support with offer paperwork, start date, pre-employment screening, and induction arrangementsSupport the HR Coordinator to deliver the new joiner induction presentationProvide administrative support in the leaver process e.g. preparing leaver letters and updating internal trackersManage daily sickness absence notificationsMonitor absence records and escalate any issues to the HR Coordinator and Senior HR AdvisorSupport the HR Helpdesk by providing a first line response to enquiries and emails e.g. reference, leave, approved holiday requestsHR Administrator Skills and Requirements:Proactive, approachable, and confidentStrong professional communicator (written and oral)Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising qualityExcellent attention to detail and organisational ..... full job details .....
